The fact you have to do each of the 7 levels one at a time is so true, my games disc was scratched and I couldn’t play level 3 of gelato beach, it was the only world my game would crash on I could only play the first 2 levels, so I did the watermelon festival glitch in order to select episode 7

And here I am hoping something from luigis mansion appears in the new mario and luigi game. Egadd being present for super star saga and partners in time is always a highlight for me. Here is to hoping he is either behind the ship the bros use in brothership or is just randomly on one of the islands. Also would just love it if luigi just got a bros attack that has him pulling out the poltergust or polterpup

LM3 is a near masterpiece. My only very nitpick criticism is i wish princess Daisy was included in the game. And i wish all the floors were more interconnected via secret staircase or passages(similar to metroid fusion). Other than that the game is superb and near masterpiece.

They need to make galaxy 3 but make an option where you can play with up to 4 players

I feel called out that I’ve had barely any attachment to this game as a kid since we didn’t buy it until a little while before our Wii broke, and I have way more nostalgia for NSMB2, that’s my personal favorite in the series

Fun Fact: 3 being set in a hotel with different themed floors is a full circle moment for the series. Reason being when 1 first started development, before it had any Mario characters and before it was Haunted, the very concept for the game was simply exploring an Apartment building with different themed units.

I’m one of the people that just can’t like galaxy 2, I’ve tried but it just has always felt like to much of a copy to galaxy 1 there’s only 1 thing that I prefer in galaxy 2 over one. It’s the stupid fucking trash levels, I hate using the bomboms in the first game.

I remember sitting in my mom's car in the Toys R Us parking lot after getting the original DS bundled with this game. When I first started it up is a moment I'll never forget. SM64 in your pocket was a massive leap, it blew my mind.

A fun game, far from perfect. When no one would even use karts and everyone has the same bike and character.

MK7 was great what the hell, its on par with MKDS and may not be as large and expansive as the Wii version but it has its charms

I never hated this game tbh

DS was the first version i played, in fact it was the first non flash game i played so it holds a special place to me. Its not a bad remake, but its flawwed at VERY crucial places.

It had some of the best games the switch will never have and so is the UI amazing But the switch is better for being portable

the only things i'd change about this game are: make the clock use "mario seconds" instead of real seconds, it feels a smidge too long rn give nabbit mario's physics, they fit him a lot better and make him feel like less of an easy mode character
